Challenge
MD101 had outgrown their Substack setup and needed a proper community website where members could connect, access resources, and engage with content. They required a scalable platform their non-technical team could manage independently, with robust organization for blogs, community feeds, member profiles, and educational courses.
Solution
Designed and developed a custom Webflow site with sophisticated CMS architecture for blogs, community feeds, member hubs, and course modules
Migrated all existing content and achieved a 98 Lighthouse score with comprehensive SEO/GEO optimization (schema markup, LLMS.txt, optimized meta info)
Built modular, slot-based components enabling the non-technical team to easily manage content and create new pages independently
